COT 3 and Settlement Agreements

COT 3 agreements and settlement agreements are a way of deciding how the employment relationship ends and on what terms. We can represent you in an ACAS early concilation that may lead to a COT3 agreement or in a settlement agreement that is supervised by a qualified solicitor or barrister, the employer usually pays for the legal representation.
